To start, collect all the ingredients needed for the salad.

In a bowl, add cleaned and chopped ajwain leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, capsicum, green chilies, fresh red chili (optional), mint leaves, and pineapple.

Add chaat masala, and lemon juice and salt to taste, and mix everything well.

If you wish, you can soak freshly chopped red chilies or dried red chilies for 1 hour, grind them coarsely, and add to the salad. Additionally, this salad can be garnished with raw mango or pomegranate seeds... I haven't added them.
