Gatte Ki Sabji is one of those many dishes, that is a part of the flavorful and versatile Rajasthani cuisine. 1 cup gram flour

Add carom seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder

Add 1 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp oil

Add required water and knead a soft dough.

Divide the dough in equal parts and give a stick shape.

Boil 1.5 cup water

And pour the gatta stick in hot water.

And cook until gatte float in the water.

And show you small bubbles in the gatte. It means gatte is ready.

Transfer ready gatte in plate.

Cut gatte in a small size.

Blend onion tomato and ginger garlic.

Heat oil into a pan.

Add cumin and crackle.

Add onion, tomato ginger garlic paste.

Now add salt, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and Gram masala, kasuri methi and cook until oil becomes separate.

Add 1/2 cup curd and mix continually.

Now masala is ready

Add one cup of water.

Add ready gatte in the water and cover it for 10 mins.

Delicious gatte sabzi is ready.

Ready sabzi served with chapati, parathe or rice.
