Steps
- 1
Combine the almond milk, coconut sugar, oil, and vanilla in a mixing cup, then blend with an immersion blender.
- 2
In a separate large bowl, sift the millet flour. Add the almond meal, coconut sugar, and baking powder. Mix with a whisk.
- 3
Add the blended mixture to the dry ingredients. Use a spatula to combine, then knead by hand until a dough forms.
- 4
Roll out 2/3 of the dough without chilling it, and use it to line a greased mini tart pan.
- 5
Fill the crust with berry jam or your favorite jam, then crumble the remaining dough over the top.
- 6
Sprinkle chocolate chips and sliced almonds on top, then bake in a preheated air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for about 25 minutes.
- 7
Let the mini tarts cool, then remove from the pan and serve.
