Roasted Chana Bhel in 10 Minutes

Roasted Chana Bhel in 10 Minutes
Steps
- 1
I used store-bought roasted chana, but you can roast them at home too. Remove the skins by rubbing them with your hands; they come off easily. Then separate the chana from the skins.
- 2
Gather all the ingredients. Finely chop the tomato, onion, cucumber, cilantro, and green chilies. Squeeze out the lemon juice.
- 3
Add any fruits you have on hand, finely chopped. I’ve listed some options, but you can use what you have. Try making it with all these ingredients for great flavor.
- 4
Mix black pepper, roasted cumin, salt, and chili powder into the oil. Add the onion, tomato, and cucumber, and mix well. After adding all the ingredients as shown, top with the savory snack mix and serve. Your tangy bhel is ready to enjoy!
- 5
Note: You can adjust the ingredients as you like. I forgot to add pomegranate and mango this time, but both are great additions.
