Sitaw or long beans ir string beans.

Wash well sitaw then boil in water.Add in sitaw and cook it half done.

After that,cut into small pieces and set aside.

Crack and beat egg,pour chicken powder in it then beat again.

Pour over sitaw and mix it well.Heat pan and pour oil.Then pour the mixture.

Wait until the egg will become solid then mix it.When its already cook,transfer to a plate.
