Steps

Wash the bunches using running water and then separate the leaves from the stem

Cut the leaves into pieces.place a clean cooking pot on heat and add one cup water

Add a table spoonful of baking powder to the water and heat to boil

Add the chopped vegetables in the mixture and allow to boil for 5 min before stirring

Continue stirring as u heat till it forms a soft,slippery mixture. Remove from heat

Place a clean frying pan on heat and add oil and onions then leave to fry till onions are golden Brown
- 7
Add the vegetables to the oil and onions and stir well. add milk and salt to taste then allow to cook for 5 min before serving hot with ugali
