Ingredients

30 minutes
1/2 chicken breast (minced)
  1. 1small bundle vermicelli
  2. 7 clovesgarlic (roughly chopped)
  3. 1shallot (minced)
  4. 15 sliceslemongrass
  5. 1Fresno chili (minced)
  6. 1stem green onion (sliced)
  7. 6lettuce leaves for wraps

Cooking Instructions

    Prep: garlic, shallot, Fresno chili, lemongrass and 1 small piece of vermicelli noodle for frying

    Mince 1/2 chicken breast (boneless skinless)

  3. 3

    Stir fry sauce ingredients: 1 tbsp sesame seed oil, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp warm water, a dash msg (optional) mix well

    In a skillet: add about two cups cooking oil heat to 350 degrees for frying vermicelli.

    In a skillet: add 2-3 tbsp cooking oil add garlic, shallot, lemongrass to infuse until fragrant

  6. 6

    Add chicken cook until nice and done, add Fresno chili, stir fry sauce.

    Add green onion give it a toss taste and adjust.

    Plate: with crispy noodle, slice cucumber garnish serve and enjoy.
