Steps

Grind chickpea.Mix chickpea,oats,all vegetables, spices, coriander leaves and salt.Mix it well.

Now take a small portion from the mixture and make tikki.Prepare all tikkis like this.Sprinkle sesame seeds and press

Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry tikki on both the sides until golden brown.Your delicious crispy tikki is ready to serve.Enjoy it with green chutney and saunth.
