Ingredients

  1. 1 lbpizza dough
  2. 1/2 cupmarinara or pizza sauce (optional inside, always extra for dipping)
  3. 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese, shredded
  4. 1/2 cupprovolone cheese, shredded or sliced
  5. 4 ozspicy Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  6. 1egg, beaten (for egg wash
  7. 1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
  8. 1 tspItalian seasoning
  9. 1/4 cupparmesan cheese, grated
  10. 2 ozbacon, cooked and crumbled
  11. 3 ozham, sliced thin
  12. 3 ozsalami, sliced
  13. 3 ozpepperoni, sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet.

    Roll dough into 10x14" rectangle on floured surface.

    Add sauce (thin layer, optional), then layer cheeses and meats.

    Sprinkle seasonings.

    Roll tightly, tuck ends, seal seam.

    Transfer to baking sheet, seam down. Slice 3–4 slits on top.

    Brush with egg wash.

    Bake 20–25 mins until golden.

    Rest 5 mins, slice and serve with dipping sauce.

    Done. Meaty. Melty. Delicious. 🍕
