Steps
- 1
Cut and sauté onion and pepper in 3 Tbsp Olive Oil. Adding salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until fork tender and set aside
- 2
Roll dough out to a rectangle shape (approximately 11 x 18) and layer provolone, ham, and salami. Spread onion and pepper mixture across entire Stromboli, then finish off with mozzarella cheese
- 3
Fold Stromboli towards you in half, then the other half overtop first fold. Press, pinch and fold all seams closed
- 4
Roll Stromboli to where the long seam is underneath the bottom of the Stromboli. This will help ensure your Stromboli doesn’t open while baking. Gently place Stromboli on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush remaining 1 Tbsp Olive Oil over top Stromboli and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning. Cut 3 - 1” slits on top of Stromboli
- 5
Place Stromboli in a 375 degree preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
