Mango Vermicelli Kheer

Wash peel and chopped mangoes. Keep some pieces of mangoes aside. Transfer remaining mango pieces into a grinding jar and make a smooth puree.Keep aside

Heat up the pan and add ghee and roast the mix dry nuts remove in bowl keep aside

In the same pan roast the vermicelli on low flame till the colour changes Now add pre boiled milk and cook on low for 7-8 min

Now add sugar mix well and cook until sugar dissolves.Now let it cool down completely.Make sure to keep stirring continuously

Now transfer to the bowl and add mango puree and mix dry nuts add chopped mango pieces mix all well together Keep into the refrigerator.
