Clean and wash banyard millet for four times.Add sufficient water and cook in pressure cooker for four whistles.

After cooling separate by fork

Heat a pan add oil and mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add peanuts, cashew nuts,onion, tomato, chilli pieces and chopped coriander leaves.Add Salt, turmeric powder.

Now add cooked millet poha.Mix well.saute for two minutes and serve hot.
