Clean and boil them mangoes in a pressure cooker for 8 to 10 whistles.

After the cooker cools down, remove the pulp from the mangoes and the seeds.

Add sugar, salt, jeera powder, mint leaves and the mango pulp in a mixer jar and blend it all together to form a smooth puree. Check the sweetness. Add more sugar if the mangoes are too sour.

Pour the puree in a bottle and store in the fridge.

Whenever required, add ¼ part of mango pulp and ¾ part of chilled water and mix together. Add some ice cubes for a chilling effect. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
