Heat up cooking pot, pour in vegetable oil, fry gizzard till its dried up, remove and drain with a paper towel and set aside.

Add the sliced onions stir for 1-2 minutes then add pepper, chopped carrot and green beans, green bell pepper, stock cube, salt, curry powder and parsley, sweet corn and stir continuously for 2 mins and taste.

Add rice, stir, cover your pot and cook for 5 to 8mins, once rice is tender and water has dried out, add spring onion and immediately turn off heat and serve
