A simple recipe for cheesecake with our favorite Nutella that dads love too!

First, crush the graham crackers in a blender. Warm the butter slightly and add it to the crushed crackers along with the Nutella. Mix well.

Grease an 8-inch round pan (mine is 9 inches, so the cheesecake was a bit thinner) and line the sides with parchment paper. Pour in the crust mixture and press it down with a spoon or the bottom of a glass, pushing the crust up the sides a bit. Place in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

For the filling: In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, Nutella, and sweetened condensed milk. Beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.

Remove the pan from the refrigerator and spread the filling evenly over the crust. Smooth the top. Return to the refrigerator.

For the topping: In a bowl, mix the Nutella and oil together until smooth and slightly thinned.

Take the cheesecake out of the refrigerator and spread the Nutella topping evenly over the surface. Decorate with white chocolate, sprinkles, or anything you like!

Refrigerate ideally overnight or for at least 6 hours. Carefully remove the parchment paper from the sides and cut into slices.
