1bolillo bun
Handfulbaby arugula leaves
2 slicesprosciutto ham
1 tblssalted butter
1drizzle of EVOO
Pinchfreshly cracked pepper

Cut the bun in half. Butter one half, evoo on the other half.

Fold the prosciutto and layer it on one of the halves of the bun, crack some pepper on top of the prosciutto.

Layer the arugula on top. Add the other half of the bun. Enjoy!
