Assemble all the ingredients. In a mixie, take chopped bananas, add oil.

Also add 1/2 cup milk, suji and sugar. Blend it well.

Pour the mixture to the mixing bowl and cover it for 15 minutes and give it a rest.So that suji is soaked nicely.

After rest, add baking powder and baking soda and give it a mix. Add vanilla essence.

Also add 2-3 tbsp of milk. Mix it well. Add flour coated nuts and raisins so it doesn't sets down.

Grease a cake tin with oil. Place a butter paper. Also grease paper. Pour the batter in the tin, tap it twice to remove the air bubbles. Garnish with sliced nuts and raisins on the top.

Preheat the microwave oven at 180°. Place the cake tin in it and bake it for 25 mins. Baking time may vary as per ovens. You can also bake in a kadai at slow flame for 30-35 mins.

Check with a toothpick. Take it out. After 10 mins, unmold and let it cool down on a wire rack.
