  • 1 teaspoonchili salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the fish with chili salt and refrigerate to let the flavors soak in.

    Heat a pan and add cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the fish and fry.

    Flip the fish to fry both sides until golden brown, then remove to a plate. Turn off the heat.
