It's a healthy summer drink which can be enjoyed by all.
Steps

Boil milk in a vessel then add sugar and boil again.

Mix custard powder in about half cup cold milk and add this into boiling milk. Stir continuously. Keep it boiling for two minutes on slow fire.

Cool milk custard completely. Then divide the quantity into two equal portions in separate bowl.

In one bowl, add grated apple, few almond slices and few pistachio slices and half pinch cinnamon.

In another bowl add cut mangoes, almonds and pistachio slices and few strands of saffron.

Serve apple custard in a glass by first adding half scoop of vanilla ice cream, then pouring apple custard. Place another half scoop of vanilla ice cream on apple custard. Garnish with almonds and pistachio slices and little cinnamon.

In another glass similarly add first half scoop of vanilla ice cream then add mango custard and top it with half scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish it with almonds and pistachio slices and few strands of saffron.

Serve these two cool drinks.
