I love experimenting in the kitchen, so whenever I have something fresh from the garden, I transform it. Peel and grate the cassava.

Place in a bowl and add the eggs, cheese, and salt.

Mix these ingredients well.

Put in a greased pan and cover, cooking for 15 minutes on each side over low heat until golden brown.

Finally, check if it's dry inside by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it's ready.
