Steps

All ingredients keep aside,heat a Kadhai,add oil,once oil hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,it’s crackle,add asafoetida.

Add radish leaves and chopped radish and soute it for 30 seconds.,add soaked moong dal, salt and red chilli powder,turmeric powder,mix it well.

Add cumin powder,crushed peanuts and combine it nicely.cover it and steam for 2 minutes.

Ready your moong dal radish leaves sabji.serve it with roti or chapati.
