👉Wash and Soak black eyed beans (lobiya) for 4 hours.

👉Cook in a pressure cooker till two whistles and let pressure release automatically.

👉Strain the water and transfer it in a mixer. Add spinach, ginger, garlic, green chilli and chopped coriander leaves.

👉Grind it to a smooth paste.

👉Chop onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves and mix in black eyed beans paste.

👉Mix salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, asafoetida and lemon juice. Mix well.
