Today I have made a tasty delicious bengali special dessert Payesh. It's very easy to make. Bengali cuisine made this payesh every occasion.
Steps

Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel for about 10 minutes on low heat till slightly thicken then add soaked rice and keep cooking on low heat, stir continuously, until the rice is cooked.

Now add cashew nuts and resigns, mix it properly and cook another 5 minutes.

Once rice is fully cooked and becomes thick. Turn off the flame and add nolen gur, mix it properly when, gur is fully melted, keep aside to cool down. Then keep in the fridge to coolin. Payesh is ready.

Nolen Gurer Payesh is ready to serve.
