Masala sweet corn is a popular street-style snack, loved for its vibrant flavours and quick preparation.
Made using tender boiled corn kernels, it is tossed in a mix of spices like chaat masala, red chili powder, black salt, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Sometimes a bit of melted butter or ghee is added to enhance the richness. Fresh coriander leaves and chopped green chilies can be sprinkled for extra zest.
The result is a warm, spicy, tangy, and slightly sweet treat that’s perfect for monsoon evenings or as a quick tea-time snack.
Easy to make and highly customizable, masala sweet corn is both delicious and nutritious, offering a tasty way to enjoy fiber-rich corn
