In a mixi jar add samak rice & grind into a powder transfer this in the bowl

Then add besan,baking powder+ soda.Now add sugar + cardamom in the mixi jar and prepare sugar powder

Now transfer this powder in the bowl & pour melted butter

Mix this using hands then add milk & rajgira seeds combine well

Now take a baking tray or dish grease with ghee or cover with butter paper & spread little by little batter over it

Garnish almonds & bake for about 30 min.or till get ready accordingly adjust the temperature also.

When it gets ready transfer to a serving plate and enjoy crispy healthy and homemade cookies 😋😋
