Take a little Millet packet, transfer it to a bowl,and rinse it with plain water and steam it.

Keep a kadai on medium heat, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, chopped onion,red chilli and curry leaves. Saute for a few minutes.

Mine while adding the tomatoes in the mixer jar grind into a fine puree. Pour the tomato into the kadai add salt and mix well.

The tomato puree becomes thick and the raw smell goes out,add the steamed vermicelli, mix well for five minutes.

Then add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Little Millet tomato vermicelli is ready to serve.

Enjoy the healthy and tasty little Millet tomato vermicelli for breakfast or dinner.
