  • 2.2 poundsbeef liver (about 1 kilogram)
  • 1 poundgreen bell peppers (about 450 grams)
  • 2 tablespoonsvinegar
  • 2lemons
  • 1/2 tablespoonminced garlic
  • Salt and black pepper

    Slice the liver into thin strips.

    Heat a skillet with a little oil, then add the liver and sauté.

    Mix the vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper well. After the liver is seared, pour this mixture over the liver.

    Add the green bell peppers and let everything cook through.
