I love this recipe because it’s effortless, nutritious, and packed with flavor. It's perfect for busy or lazy days.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or lightly grease with olive oil.

Place the salmon fillet(s) skin-side down on the sheet.

Top generously with pico de gallo. Spoon it evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (internal temp should be 125–130°F for medium).

Rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
