  1. 1 tspchia seed
  2. 2 tbspwater
  3. 2-3 tbspbeaten curd
  4. 2 tbspChopped tomato
  5. 1/2 tspBlack salt
  6. 1/2 tspcumin seed powder
  7. 1/2 tspchili powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chia seeds in 2tbsp water for atleast15mins.

    Add beaten curd and mix well.

    Add chopped tomatoes and salt into it and mix well.

    Sprinkle chili powder, cumin seed powder on the top and put in the freeze for some more time to cool the raita and settle.
