Take all the ingredients together.

In a mixing bowl add chopped coriander,sesame seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder carom seeds, salt and asafoetida. Add semolina and grated dudhi. Add lemon juice and 1 cup water. mix well and keep aside for half an hour.

Heat a uttapam pan. Brush little oil. Add one tablespoon mixture in each cavity. Cover for five minutes.

Flip and cook from both sides. Serve hot. NO need of any chutney or sauce.
