In a pan add the peanuts and roast for 2 mins, when it gets brown, set aside and add to a muslin cloth, rub and the peels will peel off, add to a blender and adding little water make a paste, set aside

In a wok heat ghee and add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and stir for a min.

Add peanut paste and stir until raw smell is gone. A lovely aroma will fill your kitchen, add buttermilk slowly to get rid of lumps and keep stirring, when no lumps then add all buttermilk, stir

Add salt and mix, set aside. Peanut Kadhi is ready

Barnyard Millet or Sama Chawal Pulao - I had soaked barnyard millet overnight after cleaning well, cooked it and kept ready.

In a wok heat ghee, add cumin seeds, add asafoetida, add chopped green chiliies, add Pre cooked barnyard millet, stir and add 2 Tbsp ghee again.

Add 1/2 cup water and mix well, add salt and stir, Pulao is ready and set aside
