Eggless tutti frutti muffins
Very yummy and all time favorite muffins.
Steps

In a bowl take milk. Add vinegar to it and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

In another bowl sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder and salt.

Take powdered sugar in a bowl. Add oil and mix it well.

Add milk and mix well. Now add pineapple emulsion.

Add maida to the wet mixture in batches. Mix it well. But don't overmix it.

Add tutti frutti in the mixture.

Pour the batter into cupcakes liner. Put some tutti - frutti over the batter.Bake it at 170°c for 15 minutes in a preheated oven. Ready to serve.
