Pan-Seared Salmon with Onion Sauce

Steps

Season salmon with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan, cook salmon on both sides until golden, then remove.

In the same pan, add butter and onions, sauté until soft.

Add white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 1 min.

Return salmon to pan, sprinkle herbs, simmer in sauce for 2 min.

Serve with sauce poured over the salmon.
Tips
For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in lemon juice and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
