Salmon Sushi Bake
Perfect snack or dish to bring to a potluck!
Steps

Mix shredded salmon, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp sriracha, and soy sauce in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix rice with sugar, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar.

Layer seasoned rice in a baking dish, then spread the salmon mixture on top.

Drizzle with 1 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp sriracha, then sprinkle furikake.

Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.

Serve with seaweed sheets for wrapping.
Tips
Air fry for 5 minutes for a crispy top.
