In a bowl, mix wheat flour, crushed dry methi, garlic paste, chilipowder, corianderpowder, cumin powder, turmeric, salt, and 2 tbsp oil. Then Gradually add water to form a soft, smooth dough. Cover it for 10 minutes.

Then knead the dough again and Divide dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle.

Heat a pan, cook each thepla on both sides, brushing with oil until golden.

So the delicious fenugreek Thepla is ready. I have served it here with tea and garlic chutney.
Tips
For softer theplas, knead the dough well and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before rolling.
