Heat a pan add ragi flour and dry roast for five minutes.

Now add cow ghee and roast till ghee separates.

Add warm water as required. When water evaporates add organic jaggery powder and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Saute for two minutes and turn off the gas. Add chironji seeds..Healthy and nutritious halwa is ready.serve hot.
