Steps

Take paneer, dice it into small pieces, smear salt and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and once it gets heated add the paneer cubes till light golden brown.

Now prepare a paste with tomatoes, cashews, poppy seeds, ginger and green chillies.

Now heat oil in a kadai and once hot add the cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.

Now add the prepared tomato paste and keep stirring for 10 minutes or till oil starts to separate.

Now grind the dry roasted i red chillies, cumin, pepper,coriander seeds to form a coarse dry masala.

Now add the dry roasted masala in the kadai and mix well.

Now add curd to the gravy and mix well.

Now add the fried paneer and mix well.

Now add green capsicum cubes, tomato slices and mix well.

Now add kasuri methi, garam masala and mix well.

Finally add fresh cream, mix well and serve.
