🥔 Baked potato 🥔

The secret to a delicious baked potato is skipping the aluminum foil and just baking them directly in the oven with some extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Be sure to fork them so they cook throughly and the skin gets nice and crispy. If you aren’t a fan of the crispy skin, you can always refrain from eating that part but it’s a great source of fiber !
You can keep it simple and top it with just butter and sour cream or you can take it to the next level with some cheese and corn.

Assemble all ingredients and preheat oven to 425°F.

With a fork, fork potatoes all around at least 1/4 inch deep.

Put 1 tsp of olive oil on your hand and rub potato. Repeat with other potato. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Season with a dash of salt

Place in the oven and bake for 1h, flipping half way through.

After potatoes are done, use a pairing knife to make a slid in the middle and carefully pinch the sides inwards to open potato. You can fluff up the inside with a fork.

Season with black pepper, then add 1tbsp of butter and 1 generous tbsp of sour cream in each potato.

Serve warm. Yum!
