Steps

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, dissolve the sugar over low heat until fully caramelised.

Add the pork belly and cook for a few minutes.

Add the chillies, garlic, fish sauce and black pepper.
- 5
Add the coconut water and bring it to a boil, then cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

Serve with rice and sliced cucumbers. Enjoy!
