First take Big vessel put wheat flour, Rava, 2 table spoon ghee mix well and make dough with hot water rest 10 minutes then put oil in Kadai let it hot. Some portion of dough make muthiya put in hot oil fry till golden brown colour in medium flame.

Muthiya let it cool then cut in pieces grind in mixture grainy form. Now add sugar powder and nutmeg powder mix well.

Now put vessel add ghee and jaggery hot till properly pai. Then add in ladoos batter, cardamom powder, dry fruit slices and raisins mix well. On this steps you may be add some add hot ghee.

Make ladoos form Modak batter garnish with cashews slices and poppy seeds. Delicious and yammy Modaks serve to Lord Ganesha at the day of Ganesh chaturthi. Then after all family enjoy Modaks Prasad.
