  • 150 gplum
  • 1 tbspany cooking oil
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspjaggery powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 th cup water

  1. 1

    Wash the plums and boil in water for 5 mts

    Remove the seeds and skin, puree it

    Now heat oil, add cumin seeds, plum puree, all the spices and mix well.

    Cook for 5mts, serve with any fried pakoda or samosas
