Kerela style Rice Payasam

Firstly soak the rice for 1 hour then rinse it's water.Then take a wok add 1 tbsp ghee and saute the rice.

Now add boil water in it and cook it on low flame till it gets properly cooked

Now add jaggery in it and chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix it.Don't cook it too much after adding jaggery otherwise it get curdled.serve it as it gets cool.
