Many health conscious people avoid sugar also they avoid excess salt. Today we are going to prepare protein shake which is healthy as well as we are not using sugar in this recipe.

In mixer jar take five almonds 5 cashews and roasted chanas here you remove skin of chana. Then grind it finely. Make a fine powder.

After making powder add bananas pieces.remove dates seeds and add in it also add milk and water in it and grind eat for next 3 to 4 minutes

See the consistency of your shake it is thick. If you want more sweet and jaggery or Honey it is totally optional. Because of roasted chana your shake gives nice taste and heaveness. If you want to chilled shake then you can try chilled milk while preparing this shake. Service check in serving glass and enjoy your protein shake.
Tips
This protein shake is very heavy but it's very healthy if we take one glass no need to take breakfast. If you like more sweet you can use jaggery powder or honey in it.
