  • 15asparagus spears
  • 3Portobello mushrooms
  • 1/3 cupextra virgin olive oil (about 80 ml)
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese (about 50 grams)

    Cut the asparagus and mushrooms to your desired size.

    Add a little extra virgin olive oil to a skillet and sauté the asparagus. Once they begin to soften, add the mushrooms.

    Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Gradually add more olive oil as needed until everything is well cooked. The vegetables should be 'al dente' and not overcooked. To serve, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top to taste.
