1 cupghee
1 cupsugar
1 tablespoonelaichi powder
1/4 cup grated almonds, pistachio cashew nuts if available
1 cupmilk

Take a pan add ghee and roast the suji till brown after add milk and stir continuously

After add sugar elaichi powder and grated dry fruits If done after take it out in serving bowl
