Boil the pumpkin.

In a pan heat oil, add onion, dry red chillies, garlic and saute for 5 mts.

Now add tomatoes, and mix well, add spices and pumpkin and mix well.

Mash it like bharta, add lemon juice and corinader and serve hot with steam rice.
Tips
Dont forget the garlic and dry red chillies for taste
