Ingredients

1 taco

as desired Diced pickles
2 g (1/2 tsp)Onion powder
5 g (1 tsp)Distilled white vinegar
10 g (2 tsp)Mustard
15 g (1 tbsp)Dill relish
15 g (1 tbsp)Sugar free ketchup
45 g (3 tbsp)Greek yogurt
as desired Diced tomatoes
as desired Diced onions
28 g (1/4 cup)Fat free cheese
to taste Pepper
to taste Salt
to taste Paprika
to taste Onion powder
to taste Garlic powder
57 g (2 oz)Extra lean ground beef
2-3 tbspPickles

Steps

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Rinse and dry cheese, then sprinkle in a circle on a baking pan.

Pat pickles dry and place on top of cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden and crisp.

Season and cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Top cheese shell with beef, diced pickles, onions, tomatoes, and Big Mac sauce.
