Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowlRagi flour
  • 1/2 bowlJowar flour
  • 1bowlful mix veggies... Carrot, capsicum, onion, tomato
  • 2 tbspfreshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tbspkasuri methi
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1 inchgrated ginger
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  • 1 tspsalt, or as per taste
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 3 tbspcurd
  • Oil as needed to roast pancakes
  • Serving With
  • Bowlful of Fresh yoghurt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop all the veggies. Take ragi and jowar flour in a mixing bowl. Add all the spices and veggies along with fresh coriander and curd. Mix well. Give rest for 5 minutes.

    Heat and grease the tawa. Add one ladleful of better and spread it. Apply oil on the edges and let it cook on medium to low flame till it cooks well. Make all pancakes.

    Serving Time.. transfer the pancakes in a serving plate along with fresh yoghurt in a bowl garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy nutrition full Ragi jowar veg pancakes.
