Squeeze the juice from two oranges. I got about 100 ml. Pour the juice into a convenient container. Add soy sauce, honey and spices to taste. It is necessary to taste the marinade.

Wash the duck legs and dry them with a paper towel. Immerse them completely in the marinade. Leave for at least one hour.

Cut the remaining two oranges into slices and place in a baking dish.

Place the duck legs on top of the orange. Pour in the wine.

Pour the marinade into a saucepan and boil until thick. This is about twice as thick.

Brush the duck legs with the resulting glaze. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for about 30 minutes, brushing with glaze every 10 minutes.

When the duck legs have a nice crust, cover the pan with foil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake the bird for 40 minutes - 1 hour. Until done. The time depends on the quality of the meat.
