Steps

Ground the almonds coarsely and set aside.
In a pan add butter and let it melt on medium heat. Add semolina and roast until it omits aroma and is lightly golden. - 2

Add the ground almonds and milk powder. Reduce heat to low and stir for couple of minutes.

Finally add condensed milk and cardamom powder and mix well. Continue to stir until the butter leaves sides and it forms dough like consistency.

Turn off heat and transfer in a greased tin.
Garnish with slivered almonds, saffron and pistachios. Let it set for an hour or so.
